Each package comes with a complimentary 30-45 minute consult to get to know each other and see if we would work well together, and you can envision me in your sacred space during the journey to parenthood.

Ultimate Birth Package

3 prenatal appointments can be in person or virtual. Each prenatal includes one of the following:

Information Intake: (virtual) an hour prenatal where we go through an in-depth intake form together.

Birth Planning Consult; Personally tailored birth plan as we go through a L&D crash course and learn how your body works in labor and delivery. We also create a C-section birth plan (planned or TOL)

Postpartum Planning workshop (virtual); we create your postpartum plan, and learn about the postpartum period, baby care and your body.

Weekly check-ins via text. Can opt in for virtual weekly check-ins. We will address any concerns, updates to your care, or changes to your birth plan. A virtual check in at 39 weeks to recap birth plan and ease anxieties.

Email, phone, and text support 9am-7pm, with the exception of emergencies

Labor support at your birthing site. I am there with you throughout your entire labor. I bring my doula bag full of comfort measures.

A 2 hour postpartum follow-up to address any questions or concerns you may be have. We also do a birth recap.

Admission to The Nesting Place's Fourth Trimester Support Group (in person or virtual) ($120 Value!)

Free Unlimited access to The Nesting Place's weekly Expecting & Empowered Together workshops ($25 value weekly!)

Doula's 6 years of extensive knowledge of lactation and pumping to use at your convenience.
